Easter Course
Our annual 4-night Easter Course will once again take place in the beautiful setting of Rugby School.
Saltaire Recorder Day
Come and join us for a fun day of playing for young recorder players from Grade 3 upwards at Saltaire.
The day will start with massed playing with Chris Orton. Sarah Jeffery will lead two workshops and Chris will lead another two.
Lunch will be provided and you can also choose to join us for dinner before the BLOCK4 recital.
The cost of the day also includes free admission to the Friday night recital and a discounted ticket to the Saturday night recital if you want to make a weekend of it!
Cambridge Recorder Day
Come and join us for a fun day of playing for young recorder players from Grade 3 upwards in Cambridge. Players who are not quite ready to join in a full NYRO day or have not reached the minimum grade standard are welcome to join us for the afternoon session.
Summer Course
Our 6-night residential course from 26th July to 1st August 2026 at Uppingham School is open to players aged 10-25 with a playing standard of Grade 5 up to Diploma. No audition is required.
NYRO-X 2026
All ex-NYRO players are welcome to come and join us for the last 24 hours of the Summer Course. Accommodation will be provided in the boarding house provided capacity allows.
You will receive some tuition from our Summer Course tutors and you will be invited to perform an ensemble item in the end of course concert, as well as joining in with some of the massed items.
Kent Recorder Day
Come and join us for a fun day of playing for young recorder players from Grade 3 upwards in Whitstable. Players who are not quite ready to join in a full NYRO day or have not reached the minimum grade standard are welcome to join us for the afternoon session.
Oxford Recorder Day
