Summer Course 2021

Our week-long residential course from 25th-31st July 2021 at Uppingham School is open to players aged 10-25 with a playing standard of Grade 5 up to Diploma. There are no auditions for the course this year. Our tutors this year are Chris Orton, Michelle Holloway and Joris van Goethem.

We are very much hoping that our Summer Course 2021 can go ahead at Uppingham School. In the event that we have to cancel it because of the Covid-19 pandemic, all monies paid will be refunded or can be transferred to the online course that we will run as an alternative.

At our Summer Course, players are allocated to various ensembles. The training ensemble, NYTRO, is intended for players of a good Grade 5 standard and above. NYRO is intended for players of a minimum Grade 8 standard. BlockWork is a one-to-a-part ensemble and membership this year will be dependent on an in-course audition for those who wish to be considered.

A deposit of £75 will be required in order to secure a place. This can only be refunded if we cancel the course and will be deducted from the full course fee of £555. There is a facility to pay the balance in three instalments providing your application is received by 1st May 2021.
