Playing Day

Playing Day at The Purcell School, Hertfordshire.

Messages received after the day

"I'm just writing to say that I extremely enjoyed the recent NYRO playing day at the Purcell School of Music. I especially enjoyed the smaller grouped sessions, as it meant more close attention could be made to me from the tutor. It was fantastic to get help with different types of tonguing, trilling fingering and much more! It was also great to meet some like-minded people who could help me, and I could also help them."

"I wanted to send big thank you from myself and also on behalf of my son, who thoroughly enjoyed his first NYRO experience. He's gained confidence in a few areas of performance which is really beneficial with his Gd7 exam scheduled for this term.
The end of day presentation was wonderful, it was great to see the children involved in their music-making, and so obviously enjoying themselves. The commitment and enthusiasm shown by all was very clear. I really hope Damian might be able to participate in future NYRO events, he's certainly planning to, having just purchased himself a very nice looking/sounding bass.
Once again, many thanks to you and your colleagues for such a fabulous day."
