Our tutors for this year are Michelle Holloway and Joris Van Goethem. There is no audition requirement for our Easter Course and there is a option for day students to join in.

Our popular Easter Course runs from Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 11th April 2015 at Rugby School, Warwickshire.

It is open to all recorder players aged 10 to 21, from Grade 4 to Diploma.

The fees are £295 for full board or £205 for a day rate (see below for more information on this option).

This is a relaxed and informal course, including technique and beginner bass classes as well as chamber music and recorder orchestra sessions.

No audition is required, so it is the perfect starting point for younger and less experienced players as well as providing playing challenges for the more advanced.

During the course, players will be split into smaller groups according to their playing level. There will also be sessions when everyone plays together.

The course will culminate with a concert at Rugby School on the Saturday afternoon for families and friends.

For players who live locally or have less experience of residential courses, we have provided a day student option at a lower cost. Players wishing to take this option will arrive in time for the first morning session and return to their families after the evening playing. Lunch and an evening meal are included in the cost.

You are asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of £60 so that we can process your application and reserve your place. The balance of the fees will be payable by March 31st 2015.
